Services We Provide

Some services can be made via telehealth as needed once established as a client. 

Mental Health Evaluation, Diagnosis, and Treatment
Our board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners can provide an initial mental health evaluation and then offer treatments options that may include medications, psychotherapy with licensed social workers or counselors, as well as alternative treatments.

Medical-Based Addiction Recovery
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Utilizing Suboxone and Vivitrol

Spravato Treatment
Providing Sprovato treatment for resistant depression.

Ketamine Treatment
We use Ketamine oral lozenges to treat resistant-depression when depression is unable to be resolved using traditional treatments.  Please contact us for more information. 

Pharmacogenetic Testing
Genetic testing assesses how an individual’s genes affect their response to medications.  This test uses samples of saliva or cheek cells.
