Deborah Rush
PMHNP-BC
Medical Director
I am a wellness oriented provider; I do not view my clients as ill but rather as unique. I believe in the recovery model rather than the medical model; this focuses on being the best you can be rather than focusing on a "cure" for illness. I believe in the least amount of medication, for the shortest amount of time to maintain the highest quality of life. The patient is at the center of their plan and treatment must be collaborative between patent and provider. I am here to make a difference.
Cathy is a clinician and Clinical Director at Renewed Hope Counseling and Wellness with 20 years of clinical experience working in the community. She received both her Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University (Go Broncos!). Her specialized training as an MSW gives her the clinical expertise to work across the lifespan with adults, children and their families experiencing a variety of mental health, developmental, and transitional issues. Cathy believes in the importance of collaborating with clients to help empower them to achieve their goals, and is passionate about the power therapy can provide to improve the lives of others.
She utilizes a variety of clinical perspectives that are tailored to each client’s individual needs. Some of the frameworks that are frequently used include: EMDR, EFT Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Based practice. Cathy is currently working with adults and children in the following areas of practice: anxiety, depressions, mood disorders, grief and trauma.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys spending time in the Idaho mountains going fishing, camping and stargazing. She also enjoys spending time with family, especially her six grandchildren!

Lisa Hettenhausen
LMFT
I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 1995. I have a background in the addiction and recovery field (10 years). I currently work with individuals, children, and families. I often address depression, anxiety, and unhealthy expression of emotions. The modalities of treatment I most often use are Dr. Aaron Beck’s Cognitive Behavioral, Dr. Murrey Bowen’s Family Systems theory, and Dr. Irvin Yalom’s Group Therapy model. I have extensive experience implementing group therapy and am currently facilitating a weekly Women’s Process Group and a weekly Co-Ed. Stress Management group.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time in the mountains and watching independent movies. I consider it a privilege to assist others in practicing good self-care that contributes to their mental and physical well-being.

Gisela Woggon
LMFT
Gisela Woggon has been a licensed therapist for over 30 years. She was the director of rehabilitation services for 5 years in California for the Salvation Army. At age 37, she decided to go back to school and has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. She had her own office when she lived in California. She was, for a few years, the director of rehabilitation services in Carpinteria, California for the Salvation Army. She has also had special training in couples and family counseling. In her spare time she prefers to garden, to hike, to read and to sing. She did officially retire a bunch of years ago and takes more days off than she is in the office. She calls that 'good self care' as do her cats. But, Gisela says that her work is what she is meant to do.
